The perfect atmosphere to introduce you to Baden cuisine. Depending on the season, we serve regional classics, simple and tastefully prepared. And because we are only a few minutes from the Swiss border, Swiss cheese fondue is also on the menu in the “Käsespatz” during the cold season. As in the Restaurant Adler, we also attach great importance to first-class product quality and intensive taste in the Spatz. No problem thanks to our good network with local producers.
